If you do not have access to your passport at this time, or if you are in the process of renewing or obtaining your passport, you may leave these fields blank for now. Payment Schedule

- First Deposit due upon registration acceptance - $100.00 /person (non refundable).
- July 10, 2026: Second Deposit due - $700.00 /person (non refundable).
- November 13, 2026: Remaining balance due.

Upon receipt of your registration form, you will be issued an invoice, and your deposit will be due within one week.  You may pay by check, or online with a credit card.  Please note that all credit card charges will incur a 3% conversion fee.

Terms & Conditions

Pricing is based on double occupancy.  Single rooms are subject to availability if requested.  All single rooms will incur the above-mentioned single supplement charge, whether the single room is requested or the person was un able to find a roommate.   

Any changes made will be subject to additional fees from the airline, our land partners and FTI.

All cancellations will incur a $100 administrative fee.

** If the group falls below the minimum number of passengers, the cost is subject to change.

*** Additional payment may be required if taxes & fuel surcharges increase before the entire group is ticketed.

Liability & Responsibility

Fellowship Travel International, Inc. serves only as an agent for ARC, IATAN, & other commercial air carriers & suppliers, & is not to be held responsible for any delays, defaults, cancellations, weather conditions, acts of terrorism, bankruptcy, or any other act that may affect the service or agreements of a particular carrier or supplier. The terms & conditions represented in the Group Travel Agreement are current with Fellowship Travel International's suppliers as of 7/13/15. Should the terms & conditions of this sales agreement change prior to completion of your trip, Fellowship Travel International will make every effort to notify you of such changes. However, the vendors set final terms & conditions & suppliers may or may not notify Fellowship Travel International of changes relevant to this agreement.

Client agrees to indemnify & hold Fellowship Travel harmless for any & all damages or penalties imposed & any attorney's fees incurred by Fellowship Travel in defending any such action resulting from Client's failure to provide truthful & accurate billing & claims information to Fellowship Travel.

Name Changes

All fees & penalties assessed by the airline for name changes/corrections are the responsibility of the registrant.

Schedule Changes or Cancellation of Flights

The airline reserves the right to cancel flights, use substitute aircraft and/or alternative carriers and to make schedule changes at any time. Neither the airline, nor FTI, shall be liable for delays or cancellations due to weather or any other cause beyond the airline's control.

Fares & Currency

Some services may be based on foreign currencies. These charges have been converted to US dollars for the purpose of providing you a US dollar rate at the time this sales agreement was issued. Should a fluctuation of more than 3% in the exchange rate occur, we reserve the right to adjust the final price accordingly.

Fares are subject to be changed, voided & all penalties imposed unless the final payment deadline is met.
